Custom design. Your business, clearly explained.

We design and custom code a website around your services, your brand and the information your customers need. Your package includes 1–5 main pages, without pre-made website templates.

• A clear page structure. We organize your business information into a useful path from discovering your services to making an inquiry.
• Up to five main pages. A typical structure could include Home, About, Services, Our Work and Contact. The final page mix follows your business and agreed scope.
• Website copywriting. We write the main page text using the business details you provide, including service descriptions, introductions and calls to action.
• A separate blog. The blog listing and individual articles are additional to your main pages, so ongoing articles do not use your five-page allowance.

You review the copy for accuracy before launch, including service claims, contact information and any professional or business details.

Your logo and a consistent visual style.

Already have a logo? We use it as part of your website’s identity. If you need one, an industry-appropriate logo for website use is included in your subscription.

• Your logo, colors, typography and page styling are brought together across the website.
• Share existing brand guidelines, preferred colors and visual references with your questionnaire.
• Business photos, project images and other materials you provide can be incorporated into the design.

The included logo is for your website identity. A full brand book, packaging, merchandise design or photography production would be a separate project.

Your website is designed for phones, tablets and computers, with readable content, clear navigation and contact options that fit your business.

• Responsive layouts that adapt the page content and navigation to different screen sizes.
• A contact form that sends website inquiries to your email address.

• Your business contact information, including the phone number, email, hours and service-area details you supply.

You choose the email address for inquiries and review your contact details before the website goes live.

04 / YOUR WEBSITE ADDRESS

Hosting is part of the package.

We provide the hosting that keeps your website online as part of the managed service, along with HTTPS and an address on the Inspirovate Creatives domain.

Website hosting and domain registration are different services. Hosting is included; purchasing or renewing your own domain is not.

05 / SEARCH & CONTENT

Ongoing SEO, with fresh content every month.

• Relevant keywords. Keyword planning around your services, business and the topics your customers are searching for.
• Page improvements. Work on page titles, descriptions, headings and content so each page clearly communicates its subject.
• Article writing and publishing. We handle the content and publication of your three monthly articles on the website’s blog.
• Internal links. Relevant pages and articles connect to one another, helping visitors find useful information and explore your services.
• Clear content structure. Organized information helps search engines and AI tools understand what your business offers.

Rankings, traffic, leads and AI recommendations are not guaranteed. External backlink campaigns and individual client SEO reports are not included in this package.

06 / AFTER LAUNCH

Ongoing care and one monthly update request.

Website maintenance continues after launch. You also have one monthly request for content changes within the existing website design.

New pages, structural redesigns and new features require a separately agreed scope.

07 / FROM SIGNUP TO LAUNCH

A clear process, with time to review.

1. Choose your billing schedule

   Select yearly, quarterly or monthly payments. Your included services are the same with every option.

2. Complete your questionnaire

   Share your business information, services, contact details and available brand materials so we can begin.

3. Receive your first website draft

   We prepare the initial website for your review within 2 business days after complete intake.

4. Review two rounds of revisions

   Two consolidated rounds of initial website revisions are included. Send one collected list of feedback per round so we can work through your changes together.

5. Approve and launch

   Review the final content and website, confirm the contact details and approve the launch. We then publish the approved site.

6. Keep your website active

   After launch, the service continues with SEO, three monthly articles, maintenance and your monthly content-update request.

The 2-business-day timeline is for the first draft. Your launch date also depends on receiving your feedback, completing revisions and getting your approval.

A complete questionnaire and accurate materials help us build a website that reflects your business from the start.

• Business overview: your business name, what you do, who you serve and the areas you cover.
• Services and priorities: the services to feature and the action you want visitors to take.
• Contact details: your public phone number, email, hours and the inbox that should receive inquiries.
• Brand materials: your logo if you have one, preferred colors and any existing brand guidance.
• Website materials: photos, project information and other content you want included and are authorized to use.
• Domain preference: tell us whether you want the included agency address or to connect a domain you own.
• One consolidated feedback list per revision round and your final approval before launch.

You do not need to arrive with finished website copy or an existing logo. Copywriting and a logo for website use, if needed, are included.

09 / PLANS & BILLING

One package. Three ways to pay.

Choose the payment schedule that works for your business. Website scope, SEO, articles, hosting and ongoing care stay the same across all three options.

• $0 setup fee. There is no separate website setup or initial build fee.
• Same services in every plan. Monthly and quarterly refer to the payment schedule.
• 12-month minimum. Every billing option has the same initial commitment.
• First payment at purchase. The first scheduled payment is due when you subscribe.

10 / PACKAGE BOUNDARIES

This subscription covers the website and ongoing services described above. The following work requires a separate scope:

• Ecommerce stores, shopping carts and product catalogs.
• Customer portals, custom applications and advanced AI features.
• Additional main pages, structural redesigns or new website features.
• Advertising management and advertising spend.
• External backlink campaigns and individual client SEO reports.

Portfolio projects demonstrate our wider website work. Advanced features shown in those projects are not automatically part of the base subscription.
